soccaa (we still believe it)
what i really enjoy in tokyo, are the small things that brighten up my day.
esp. these days between footie and competition work, which both is nice but just adds up to a enormous sleep deficit. but there is help :

yes, these little caffeine bombs really seem to work, at least according to my lab colleagues (after a long night at university, doing ? whatever remains unclear to me).
but anyhow, check out the soccer related marketing!
the other thing, which amuses me recently is the total loss of sense for reality when it comes to juding the chances for the japanese team. all around i feel this kind of we-were-only-pretending-to-suck-in-order-to-surprise-everyone-by-kicking-brasils-butt-in a-surprise-like-ninja-way attitude of the japanese mass media.
(but maybe this is just my impression, i only get NHK...)
but just as my sensei teaches me in aikido: all you need is fighting spirit!
